Spa Etiquette:
Please ensure that your cell phone or pager is either 'off' or on 'vibrate' during your time with us. Due to clients with allergies we appreciate no heavy fragrances be worn while at the Spa. A friendly reminder that due to the relaxing nature of our services that everyones voice needs to be modulated so as not to disturb others having services.
Unscheduled Drop Ins:
We're happy to answer any & all of your questions & to custom blend your make-up or skin care etc., however; as our therapists are usually fully booked & we value your time, a 10 minute appointment needs to be scheduled so that a qualified person is available to assist you. - No Impromptu Visits - Please!
Reservations:
Due to the high demand for our specialized services, please allow 2-3 weeks notice to reserve your appointments. A major credit card is required on file to guarantee ALL appointments.
Cancellations:
We understand that emergencies can happen, & as such do not penalize our clients for no- show apointments under unfortunate circumstances, however any prepaid appointment where there is no emergency & a no-show, will result in forfeiture of that appointment.
We require 24 business hours advance notice to cancel or change any appointments of one hour or less, & 48 business hours notice for appointments exceeding one hour. Failure to provide proper notification will result in a Full charge.

We accept Visa, MC, Amex, JCB and Debit - No Cheques accepted.
Punctuality:
We appreciate how busy you are & how valuable your time is. Please understand that in order for us stay timely with all of our clients, it is important that First Time Clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill in client intake forms.
Regular clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a FREE neck and foot destress treatment.
Consultations
We are happy to provide you with 15 minutes of FREE time for each topic of concern you may have; however, please be aware that different topics will require seperate visits. As you are meeting with our resident expert, any additional time for consultation will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
Treatment & Pricing Inquiries
Due to the customized nature of our services, questions regarding which services or treatments are best, and what the cost is, cannot be answered over the telephone or by email as our "resident expert" will need to assess the extent of your concern before a customized recommendation and the fairest possible pricing can be arrived at.
Results Guaranteed
We guarantee that if you follow the recommended in Spa & at home protocols that you will see measurable & visible results or you will receive the equivalent number of treatments with a revised protocoll at no additional charge. Before & after, measures, scans & photos are always taken.
Post Treatment Evaluations
If you've purchased a series of treatments, a final evaluation consultation of 30 minutes is provided for free. At this session we will compare pictures, scans, measures etc & evaluate the extent of your results. We want you to be happy & as such you are the one who'll judge when you feel we've accomplished what we set out to do. As everyone responds differently to every therapy, you may decide that you're happy or perhaps need a bit more 'tweeking'. It is always up to you to decide.
Referrals To Other Professionals
Because we have your best interests at heart & don't want to take your money under false pretenses, we will be happy to refer you to other professionals who can take you all the way or the rest of the way, if the results you are expecting are beyond our scope to deliver.
