Send an e-mail, or better yet, a hand written letter to your MLA and MP, as well as to the Senate. (see below), a hand-signed letter is equally if not more important, and no postage is required.
To mass email, most programs will only accept a limited number of recipients. The links below divide members of the parliament and senate into groups so you can cut and paste your message into each email. The addresses appear as "BCC", make yourself the "TO" recipient. BCC may be best to curtail your server from suspecting you of spamming and cutting you off to these emails.
It is best to put your address and phone number after your signature. They take you more seriously this way and you may even get a response other than an auto-reply. If you're writing with goodness in your heart you need not have any fears, you are exercising your legal rights.
Phone your MP and the Prime Minister's Office to voice your concerns.
